Workshop Women in Business: “The Family Tree Theory”

Bibiana Rueda-Bueno and Doris Rathgeber will hold the next Women in Business Workshop together with the German Chamber focusing on the Family Tree Theory.

The family tree is a graphical representation of the ancestors and descendants of an individual; the representation is done in an organized and systematic way where we expose our ancestors, their beliefs, their experiences, ideas and ways of thinking that are inherited from generation to generation. This 60 minute session will get you familiar with the concept of the family tree: you will get the chance to understand and identify the repetitive behavior patterns of your own family tree. You will receive valuable and unique tools to begin the journey of understanding and being aware of the limiting beliefs and the repetitive behaviors you carry out, and generally your whole belief system.
