Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy aims to alleviate pain and remove obstructions by fortifying muscles and correcting posture. It enhances mobility by promoting, restoring, and maintaining movement and functional abilities. It also supports muscle functions, back and abdominal strength, and proper alignment. To accelerate the improvement of your condition, please follow the home exercises designed by the physiotherapist.

The recommended frequency is once or twice a week. Acupuncture, Osteopathy, and Chiropractic are suitable complementary treatments.
