Hold a master's degree in Sport Management and a bachelor's degree in Sports medicine. Also has extended practice in Sports medicine when finishing the master's program. Specialized in sports medicine and athletic training, John excels at injury prevention, sports injury rehabilitation and treatment, especially for athletes. He also designs training plans to enhance performance and physical conditioning and teaches how to train safely and prevent injuries. Complementing his approach to boost the patient’s physical performances, he educates patients about fitness and nutrition goals as well.

 

Among other techniques, John applies shockwave therapy to relieve chronic and soft tissue pain. Shockwave is an acoustic wave that carries high energy to the affected spots. The energy promotes tissue regeneration and cell growth and helps reduce pain and increase mobility. It uses a direct transfer of energy around the area of inflammation or trigger point.
